Refund policy

To maintain the integrity of some of our items, Plush, cloth material items, playmats, Plush style Backpacks and keychains, items are non-refundable. 

Once an item leaves our possession it is the responsibility of the buyer to maintain the integrity of the purchased item.

Each item is hand examined, cleaned, steamed, and stored in a smoke and pet free facility.
